- A special winter-only value plan! Every winter, humpback whales return to Okinawa for breeding. While the Kerama Islands are famous for whale watching in Okinawa, you can also spot many whales in the waters off Motobu, our home base! The dynamic performance of the whales is truly moving. As this is a half-day plan, it is perfect for those who want to fit in plenty of sightseeing as well. The cruiser is a new vessel launched in 2018, with a capacity of 43 passengers, 2 restrooms (separate for men and women with washlets), priority seating, a total length of 18m, and a maximum speed of 30 knots.

- Every winter, humpback whales return to Okinawa for breeding. While the Kerama Islands are famous for whale watching in Okinawa, you can also spot many whales in the waters off Motobu, our home base! The dynamic performance of the whales is truly moving.
- The greatest thrill of whale watching: the 'breach'
- Humpback whales are one of the world's largest mammals, measuring 10m to 15m in length and weighing up to 30t. They have pectoral fins that are much longer than other whales, and you can see them up close as they slap the sea surface with these fins or dive gracefully while showing off their large tail flukes. Seeing such a massive creature leap through the air is an unforgettable experience, and if you are lucky, you might just witness that very moment!

- The Island Crew Ryu, launched in 2018! Capacity: 43 passengers, Length: 18m. Equipped with 2 restrooms (separate for men and women with washlets). Includes priority seating, which is great for children and the elderly!

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- We will depart in light rain. However, in the event of poor sea conditions, heavy rain, thunder, thick fog, etc., the safety of our guests is our top priority, so we may have to cancel the trip. In the event of a cancellation, we will contact you by mobile phone the day before or early in the morning on the day of the trip.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・Although the encounter rate is 99%, if you don't see any, we will give you a full refund (no refunds in January and April). Or you can try again! ・Children under elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. ・Pregnant women and guests who have consumed alcohol are not permitted on board.

Reminders
Participant age: 0 to 80 years old
What to wear and bring: warm clothes, rain gear, motion sickness medicine, camera. Please wear non-slip shoes. High heels are dangerous.
Rental items: Raincoats (300-500 yen) and simple raincoats are included in the price.
Comments on required time: The total time will vary depending on the whale search time on the day. We aim to watch for at least an hour from the time the whale is spotted, whenever possible.
Minimum number of participants: 1 person
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
