    Shop reception. Fill in your medical history and current physical condition. Please make sure to be in top physical condition on the day of the school. Rental boards and wetsuits are included in the price, so you only need to bring a swimsuit and a bath towel. If you wear your swimsuit under your clothes in advance, changing into the wetsuit will be smoother. You can choose between meeting at the shop or using our hotel pick-up service to suit your Okinawan schedule. (Free pick-up service available for facilities within Chatan Town)

    Land lesson. We will teach you the basic techniques using a surfboard. This lesson is the most important part, so please listen carefully to the instructor's explanation. Don't forget to stretch! You don't want to get a cramp in the ocean, so make sure to stretch regularly. You will learn about paddling, getting out, safety precautions, etc.

Questions about booking:

  • Question 1: If there are participants under the age of 10, please let us know the number of participants and their ages.
  • Question 2: If you would like a pick-up service, please let us know the pick-up location. (Pick-up service is limited to Chatan Town, and reservations must be made by 8:00 PM the day before.)

Regarding cancellation of the event:

  • The tour may not be held due to weather conditions on the day (high waves, storms, lightning, etc.). In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that we cannot compensate for travel expenses or other expenses if the tour is canceled after arriving at the destination.

・By car: 45 minutes by car from Naha Airport 40 minutes by car from Kokusai Street 25 minutes by car from Onna Village (Renaissance Hotel) 5 minutes on foot to Miyagi Coast (surf spot)

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
