Okinawa Surfing School Haisai's surfing and bodyboarding lessons are very welcoming to children! Surfing is a wonderful, healthy sport. The exhilaration of riding a wave is the same for both adults and children, so why not make your surfing debut as a parent-child pair this summer?

For small children who are nervous about riding a surfboard alone, our experienced instructors will ride with them, so you can rest assured. Questions about booking:
- Question 1: If there are participants under the age of 10, please let us know the number of participants and their ages.
- Question 2: If you would like a pick-up service, please let us know the pick-up location. (Pick-up service is limited to Chatan Town, and reservations must be made by 8:00 PM the day before.)
Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The tour may not be held due to weather conditions on the day (high waves, storms, lightning, etc.). In such cases, no cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that we cannot compensate for travel expenses or other expenses if the tour is canceled after arriving at the destination.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
