Please note the following when participating in this course:

  • Ages 5 and over. Foot size 15cm to 30cm. Pregnant women are not permitted. Consult a doctor if you have any respiratory, circulatory, coronary artery, or arrhythmia conditions. *Participants must fill out the separate consent form before participating in the program. Elementary and junior high school students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and high school students and minors must have a parent or guardian sign the form before coming. *If you experience any injuries or accidents during the program, please report it to the instructor immediately.

Other important points to note:

  • We offer a childcare center and transportation service for an additional fee, so please feel free to contact us. If we determine that the service cannot be carried out safely due to ocean conditions, we will hold the course at an alternative location. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that the time may change or preparation time may be required depending on the weather and ocean conditions on the day. Customers making reservations on the day or the day before can also make reservations by phone. Parking available for 10 cars.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 35% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
