On our Mangrove SUP tour, you can experience the nature spreading out before your eyes while slowly paddling along the calm river. One of the charms of this tour is being able to see scenery that only becomes visible from the water's surface and feeling the breath of the living creatures. During the tour, our guide will provide easy-to-understand information about the characteristics and roles of the mangroves, as well as the crabs, gobies, and seasonal wild birds that live in the river, so both adults and children can learn while having fun. We encourage you to observe the waterside with your own eyes and look for small creatures and mysterious plants. The facility where we meet is a new building that opened in April 2022. The clean interior is fully equipped with separate changing rooms for men and women, hot water showers, coin lockers, hair dryers, and even shampoo and body soap, ensuring you stay comfortable even after your activity. Furthermore, there are plenty of delightful free services. A wide selection of rental gear is available for free for both adults and children. You can also visit the exhibition room at the adjacent Hija River Nature Experience Center for free to learn about Okinawa's nature and creatures in a fun way. Hot water showers and parking are also free, making travel easy. We also provide eco-friendly sunscreen sponsored by Kao. You will receive the photo data taken by the guide during the tour as a gift, allowing you to look back on your memories right away. - We have a wide range of rental items. In addition to the necessary life jackets for safety, we provide free rentals for sandals, hats, raincoats, and more! Please feel free to ask us.
- Starting with an introduction to the Hija River. We will introduce the Hija River, the stage for your tour, inside the Hija River Nature Experience Center, which opened in April 2022.
- Perfect for beginners♪ Your guide will give you a thorough lesson on how to paddle. No need to worry if it is your first time kayaking! Everyone will be paddling smoothly in no time.
- Time to set off! You can depart from right in front of the Hija River Nature Experience Center, so there is no need to walk far before starting.
- Enjoy the Hija River! Once on the river, we will paddle upstream. Listen to your guide's explanations and try our quizzes to learn more about the Hija River and the mangroves! We will also take plenty of photos for you.
- Refresh after the tour! We have changing rooms and shower rooms available, so you can wash off sweat and dirt after the tour! You will be ready for your next plans without any worries. Hair dryers are also provided.
- Get your photos on the spot! The photos taken by your guide during the tour will be provided to you right after the tour. You can look back on your travel memories immediately.

Questions regarding reservations:
- Question 1: Please let us know if you require pick-up and drop-off service to the Mizugama bus stop. ★For the time being, we are unable to provide pick-up and drop-off service for buses departing at 9:00 AM. Pick-up and drop-off service is not available during the following periods. - Question 2: If children are participating, please let us know their ages.
- Question 3: For reservations for "students only" such as taxi training or school trips, please write the following in the "Remarks" section: "School name, age, and emergency contact phone number (e.g., a teacher who will be in Okinawa on the day of the trip)."
- Question 4: If the reservation is made by minors only, please write their age and guardian's (emergency contact phone number) in the "Remarks" section.
- Question 5: The meeting time is 20 minutes before the start time. If you will be late, please contact us by phone. Please answer "yes" once you have confirmed.
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- If we determine that safety is compromised due to sudden bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the event.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- *SUPs are unstable. There is a significant risk of falling into the water, so please be sure to bring a change of clothes. *For safety reasons, pregnant women and those who have consumed alcohol on the day of the activity are not permitted to participate in SUPs. *Children under 9 years old may be required to ride with an adult. Please consult with us in advance if you wish to participate. *SUPs are easily affected by wind, so depending on the weather on the day of your activity, we may suggest changing to kayaking.
Other special notes:
- ・All tours will proceed regardless of rain. ・Tour dates and times may be changed or the tour may be canceled depending on the field conditions. ・For sunset kayak and SUP tours, we may suggest changing to a mangrove tour depending on the field conditions. ・There will be no cancellation fee if the tour is canceled at our discretion. ・For safety reasons, those who have consumed excessive amounts of alcohol will not be allowed to participate. ・For kayak tours, please inform us in advance if children under 2 years old will be participating, and for SUP tours, please inform us in advance if children under 9 years old will be participating. *Please inform us in advance if you require pick-up and drop-off. *Pick-up and drop-off will be provided after you arrive at the nearest bus stop, "Mizugama". Please allow ample time to arrive. *For large groups of 5 or more people or if you have large luggage, pick-up and drop-off may be provided in two separate vehicles. *Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel due to your own circumstances. *If we determine that safety is compromised due to sudden bad weather, we reserve the right to cancel the tour. In that case, we will contact you by phone at least one hour before the scheduled start time.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
