Regarding cancellation of the event:
- ・Please be sure to check the tour participation precautions on the official website before participating. ・If the weather is bad on the day, the tour will be canceled. (If it is determined that the tour cannot safely begin due to lightning, high waves, etc.) ・Please note that we will not compensate for travel expenses, etc., even if the tour is canceled after arriving at the meeting point. ・The criteria for cancellation are entirely at our discretion. Please note that if we determine that the tour can be held, a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price will be charged for cancellations due to customer circumstances.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ●We will send you tour details via SMS between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM the day before the tour, so please make sure to set your email settings to receive them. ●Please be sure to read the "Tour Participation Precautions" on our website before applying. ●If the weather is bad on the day, the tour will be canceled. (If we determine that it is impossible to start the tour safely due to lightning, high waves, etc.) ●Please note that we will not compensate for travel expenses or other expenses if the tour is canceled after arriving at the meeting point. ●Even if we decide to go ahead with the tour, drone photography will not be possible if it is raining or there is strong wind. Other important points to note:
- In the event of a change in tour point due to bad weather, the following will apply to those participating after 3:00 PM. Reminders

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
