- Choose a Shisa with your favorite expression. Create your very own original Shisa. Experience Flow: 1. Arrive at the shop. Choose the size of your Shisa. Approx. 5 min. 2. Explanation of Shisa painting. Approx. 2 min. 3. Start painting your Shisa. Approx. 40 min. 4. Dry it thoroughly with a hair dryer. Approx. 5 min. 5. Once painting is complete, it is finished. Approx. 5 min. 6. After completion and payment, you can take it home. Approx. 5 min. We allow one accompanying person per group. Children of elementary school age or younger must be accompanied by one guardian. For a group of three (parent and children), we ask that two people participate in the experience. Example: 1 child participating -> 1 accompanying person Example: 2 children participating -> 1 accompanying person If there are 3 or more children of elementary school age or younger, up to 2 guardians may accompany them. Example: 3 or more children participating -> 2 accompanying persons We do not allow accompanying persons or observers for visitors aged 13 and older. For groups of family or friends (everyone middle school age or older), we ask that everyone participates in the experience. Accompanying persons are only permitted if assistance is required during the experience. In that case, please contact the shop by phone in advance to discuss.

Regarding cancellation of the event:
- We are open even in rainy weather and during typhoons, but tours may be canceled due to natural disasters or equipment or facility failures (such as power outages).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
