Purchase Notice
Regarding cancellation of the event:
- The tour may not be held due to weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy rain. (In the case of a typhoon) We will contact you by email or phone one day before the tour. (In the case of heavy rain) ・Guests departing in the morning (10:00-12:00): We will contact you one day before the tour. ・Guests departing in the afternoon (after 12:00): We will contact you by email or phone at 10:00 am on the day of the tour.

- ・During the summer season, we receive many reservations. If you are not present at your scheduled time, your reservation will be automatically canceled. Other important points to note:
- *Due to the mechanical characteristics of our buggies, they may occasionally experience sudden malfunctions or breakdowns, or may break down frequently if there is intermittent rain for several days. In such cases, we prioritize customer safety and will inspect and maintain the affected vehicle. Depending on the situation, we may be unable to accommodate your request the day before or on the day of your reservation. We may provide fewer vehicles than you reserved, or we may not be able to provide the number of vehicles you requested. We may also decline your reservation. In such cases, please rest assured that we will refund any unused vehicles in accordance with our facility's rules. Please make your reservation with this in mind. (Refund methods and timing vary depending on the payment method used.) If you are more than 20 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled due to the inconvenience to the next person. Please note that no refunds will be given in such cases.

What to wear and bring: Please wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty! Sandals (heels not allowed)/marine shoes are OK. Shorts and T-shirts are OK (white clothing is not recommended). What to bring: Change of clothes, sunglasses, insect repellent, sunscreen
Rental items: Free rentals (sunglasses, sandals, helmets, foot covers) Paid rentals (top raincoat ¥200, bottom raincoat ¥200)
Duration: 90-100 minutes (actual experience time: 90 minutes)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
