Once the QR code is scanned and the order is successfully downloaded, cancellation and refunds are not possible.
Installing an eSIM requires an internet connection. Please install it when you have a stable Wi-Fi or mobile data connection (installation may fail on some airport Wi-Fi networks).
Each QR code can be scanned once. It can be scanned repeatedly on the same device. Once bound, it cannot be changed to another device or deleted.
Please scan and install your eSIM only after arriving at your destination to avoid prematurely starting the eSIM validity period calculation.
iOS version 12.1 or later is required. Please note that iPhones sold in mainland China do not support eSIM. In Hong Kong and Macau, only the iPhone 13 mini, iPhone 12 mini, iPhone SE 2020, and iPhone XS have eSIM functionality.
Samsung phones vary by country. Samsung phones purchased in Taiwan do not support eSIM. For other regions, please check with the Samsung website first.
Please be aware that signal quality may be affected by factors such as location, terrain, building obstruction, number of users, and weather.
In accordance with international data communication fair use policies, it is recommended to disable Facebook Video's automatic browsing function, and the automatic update or synchronization function of apps to avoid excessive data usage. If your internet speed slows down or you are unable to access the internet due to prolonged viewing of online TV, videos, or downloading large files or online games, you will not be able to apply for a refund or compensation. Please be aware of this.
After placing your order, you will receive an email saying "Your eSlM is ready," along with the latest installation time and installation instructions.
How to install:
iOS: Settings > Mobile Services > Join the program > Scan QR code > Join the program
Android: Settings > Internet (Connectivity) > SIM card administrator > Add SIM card (Join the action plan) > Scan QR code
Enable activation step:
1. After arriving at your destination, turn off all other SIM cards and only enable eSIM and its data roaming.
2. Configure the eSIM's APN (usually the APN is automatically recognized; if it cannot be automatically recognized, you need to set it manually).
