The course will begin with basic sitting posture and breathing techniques, so even first-time Zen enthusiasts can participate with confidence.
For visitors who find it difficult to sit in meditation for extended periods, chairs can be provided upon request.
We recommend wearing loose-fitting trousers or other clothing that allows you to sit cross-legged. Please avoid wearing short and tight skirts.
The activity will be conducted barefoot; it is recommended to wear socks that are easy to put on and take off.
