'Rito' is a small trattoria where you can taste regional Italian cuisine along with its history and local characteristics. We provide Italian dishes designed to suit the Japanese palate, allowing you to fully enjoy the natural flavors of the ingredients. We offer a wide selection of wines, focusing on Italian wines and indigenous varieties, to pair with your meal. After your meal, please take your time to savor a 'grappa' and enjoy the lingering taste of your dining experience. The interior is a calm space lit by warm lighting. Our restaurant is based on regional Italian cuisine, but we have lightened it up to suit Japanese tastes, creating a sophisticated flavor.The menu also incorporates Italian regional characteristics, with dishes such as "Piedmont-style Kobe Pork and Mushrooms," which uses delicious Kobe pork fillet in Piedmont cuisine, and "Roman-style Wagyu Tripe Tomato Stew," which combines southern Italian tomato stew with traditional cheese and mint.
Our restaurant primarily serves Italian wines, with around six varieties available by the glass and around 200 varieties available by the bottle. We offer a selection of indigenous varieties that take advantage of the characteristics of each region, as well as single-variety wines, so you can enjoy the unique characteristics of wines from the same region paired with regional dishes. We also offer a wide selection of Italian after-dinner drinks, or grappa.
Located just 5 minutes from Minatogawa Koen Station, our restaurant is a relaxing space where you can feel the warmth of wood. The interior is lit with calming, warm colors and there are 7 counter seats with a pleasant wooden feel. Come and enjoy a relaxing Italian meal with your loved ones.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.

Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
