Our authentic motsunabe, made with domestic Japanese Black Wagyu beef, is known for its plump texture and natural sweetness. Enjoy it with your choice of 4 soup bases blended with miso and soy sauce sourced directly from Hakata. We also offer a wide variety of appetizers, such as grilled offal and mentaiko shipped directly from Hakata. Our drink menu features unique selections, from rare Kyushu shochu brands to homemade fruit highballs! The jazz-filled interior offers both counter and table seating. We are proud of our motsunabe (hot pot) made with Japanese Black beef offal. It has the sweetness and firm texture that only domestically produced beef can offer. You can choose from four types of miso: soy sauce, Kyushu miso, salt, and Korean-style spicy miso. Another highlight is that you can enjoy the authentic Hakata flavor with miso and soy sauce imported from the region. We also pay special attention to the cutting of vegetables!
Grilled offal made with Kuroge Wagyu beef offal is an addictively tender dish. It is grilled with a sweet and spicy sauce and goes perfectly with alcohol! We also offer mentaiko (spicy cod roe) delivered directly from Hakata. Both are popular menu items and are perfect as snacks.
We offer a wide selection of shochu from the Kyushu region! We pride ourselves on our unique lineup, including the rare "Ari," which is characterized by its easy-to-drink, mellow flavor, centered around sweet potato shochu. We also recommend our homemade highball, made with whiskey infused with blueberries, for a fruity taste.
