[Free waiting time]

Airport pick-up service: 90 minutes free waiting time after flight arrival; 30 minutes free waiting time if the customer requests a specific time.

-If the free waiting time has expired, you may continue to wait if you request, but a fee of 5,000 yen per hour will apply. Please pay the driver in cash on the same day.

Overtime waiting fee

If the free waiting time has expired, the driver may continue to wait upon request, but a fee of 5,000 yen per hour will apply. Please pay the driver in cash on the same day.

Charges outside of service hours

Airport pick-up service hours: 5:00-10:00; Airport drop-off service hours: 15:00-22:00. An additional fee of 3000 yen will be charged outside these service hours; please pay the driver in cash on the day of service.

Cost of changing location/time

To change the time or location, please request changes at least 48 hours in advance. Changes made after this time may not be accepted, and refunds or order cancellations will not be possible.

Additional fees may apply depending on the distance between the original and new locations.

Cleaning fee

Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the vehicle. If the vehicle is soiled, a fee will be charged according to the driver's judgment.

In the event of emergencies such as infants or young children vomiting and soiling the vehicle, a fee ranging from 20,000 to 50,000 yen will be charged, depending on the circumstances.
