If the free waiting time has expired, the driver may continue to wait upon request, but a fee of 5,000 yen per hour will apply. Please pay the driver in cash on the same day.
Airport pick-up service hours: 5:00-10:00; Airport drop-off service hours: 15:00-22:00. An additional fee of 3000 yen will be charged outside these service hours; please pay the driver in cash on the day of service.
To change the time or location, please request changes at least 48 hours in advance. Changes made after this time may not be accepted, and refunds or order cancellations will not be possible.

The driver will contact you at least 24 hours before departure and provide you with the vehicle number. The driver will wait for you at the time and place you specify.
