In the event of cancellation due to customer convenience, a set fee will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy of each plan, based on the sales price before the coupon is applied. Please note that if you wish to make a reservation again, the campaign period and conditions may have changed or ended. Please note that, as a general rule, cancellations cannot be accepted for some special products, such as ski packs.

If you cancel your reservation, the coupon will also be canceled.

Coupons are only applicable to the amount at the time of reservation/purchase. Discount coupons cannot be applied after reservation.
