Regarding cancellation of the event:
- Depending on the weather and wave conditions on the day, the experience may be canceled or the time may be changed.
Please note the following when participating in this course:
- ・For safe operation, please review the plan description. Please follow the captain's instructions regardless of the reason. ・To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the captain and staff may wear masks or face coverings. ・Please note that your face and clothes may get wet from wave spray. ・For safety reasons, we will not attempt to retrieve any belongings that fall into the sea during operation. Please be especially careful with hats (we recommend removing your hat), glasses, scarves, smartphones, etc. ・We will not compensate for any damage or malfunction to belongings caused by vessel vibrations during operation. ・If the operation is canceled for personal reasons, no refunds will be given for any reason. ・We will not compensate for accidents during the journey from the meeting point to the departure point or damage to parked vehicles, etc.

Reminders
Participant age: 1 to 80 years old
What to wear and bring: Drinks Please wear non-slip shoes and clothes that you don't mind getting wet. It's cold in winter, so please wear a jacket that can protect you from the cold and wind.

Duration: The actual experience takes approximately 1 hour.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
