- Flight schedules may be adjusted due to the holiday season from December 12 to January 5. Please refer to the final flight information provided by the airline
- If the name, gender, date of birth, and passport information provided by the customer when placing the order are incorrect and require modification after ticket issuance, a ticket modification fee of 25 CAD per person per instance will be charged by the airline. Please provide accurate and complete information to avoid the extra fee

- Once the flight tickets are booked, they cannot be returned or transferred. Please arrive at the airport 2 hours in advance. Travelers who miss their flights will not be compensated

Reminders

In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be informed 1 day prior to departure at 6:00 pm local time. If there is an emergency, the arrangements will be made depending on airline ground staff
If your flight is cancelled due to force majeure events or unforeseen weather conditions, the activities or any items that are already reserved will not be refunded. Please make sure you have travel insurance on your own before traveling. Under such a circumstance, we will try our best to arrange another available flight on the same day
In the event of a flight cancellation, activities in Yellowknife will still proceed as scheduled, and fees for pre-booked items will remain as originally charged
