The tour fee includes the local driver, fluent Chinese tour guide and their tips, all tickets and round-trip transportation costs.
Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes in advance to avoid delays in your subsequent itinerary. No refunds will be given for latecomers or no-shows.
The group must have 15 or more people. If the group cannot be formed, the company will notify you three working days before departure to arrange an alternative departure date.
The daily itinerary may be adjusted based on the weather, traffic and temporary conditions of the day.

The following are the rates: Children aged 2-5 are charged as children, but do not occupy a bed at the hotel. Children aged 6 and above are charged as adults. Children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Each departing group can only have 1 free place and 2 child places.)
The ripeness, size and sweetness of the fruit depend on the weather and other objective conditions. We cannot guarantee its quality. Customers cannot use the quality of the fruit as a reason to complain.
The flower viewing period may be slightly delayed due to weather conditions. Once the tour is completed, the tour will depart as scheduled regardless of the flowering conditions. Please be advised.

Please note that in Japan, tour guides and driver-leaders have different responsibilities. For groups of 10 or more, a fluent Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking guide will accompany the tour (the guide will alternate between Cantonese and Mandarin; if the tour language cannot be specified, please refer to the day's schedule). (For groups of less than 10, only the driver-leader will accompany the tour; the driver-leader will only be responsible for itinerary and time management.) The driver-leader can speak Mandarin and can seek assistance from the driver-leader in case of an emergency.
The venue may be closed for maintenance or repairs depending on the day of the event. This decision rests with the organizer, and guests cannot claim compensation based on this. Please note that if a restaurant is temporarily closed, fully booked, or otherwise unable to dine on the day of departure, guests will be offered dining options or cash vouchers.
In the event of an accident due to force majeure or physical injury or death caused by unpredictable factors, the company's employees and related personnel shall only be obliged to provide all possible assistance, and the company and its members shall not bear any responsibility for the damage or casualties.
