The tour fee already includes the local driver, fluent Chinese tour guide and their tips, as well as round-trip transportation costs.
The following are the rates: Children aged 2-5 are charged as children, but do not occupy a bed at the hotel. Children aged 5 and above are charged as adults, and children under 2 who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Each departing group can only have 1 free seat and 2 child seats.)
The group must consist of 6 or more people. If the group cannot be formed, the company will notify you three working days before departure to arrange another departure date.
Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes in advance to avoid delays in your subsequent itinerary. No refunds will be given for latecomers or no-shows.
The ripeness, size and sweetness of the fruit depend on weather and other objective conditions. We cannot guarantee its quality and customers cannot use the quality of the fruit as a reason to complain.

#Kobe Rokkosan Ski Resort, Plan D and Plan F include ski equipment (but not snowboard).
#Plan A, Plan B, Plan C, Plan D, and Plan E do not include the ski resort's elevators and ski lifts. If required, you can pay for them on-site at a cost of approximately JPY$2,000. Please refer to the ski resort's announcement on the day.
#Plan F, Plan G Ski instructors are arranged by the ski resort, with groups of 8-15 people. The instructor's language is Japanese, depending on the ski resort's arrangements on the day. The tour guide will act as an interpreter. Guests are not allowed to object or withdraw or receive a refund for any reason.

Please note that in Japan, tour guides and driver-leaders have different responsibilities. Groups of 10 or more will be accompanied by a fluent Mandarin or Cantonese-speaking guide (the guide will provide guidance in Cantonese or Mandarin; if the language cannot be specified, please refer to the day's schedule). Groups of less than 10 will only have a driver-leader, who will be solely responsible for itinerary and time management. The driver-leader can speak Mandarin and can seek assistance from the driver-leader in case of an emergency.

To reach Kobe Rokkosan Ski Resort from Osaka, take the JR Tokaido-Sanyo Line to Rokkomichi Station. From there, transfer to a local bus heading to Rokko Cable Shita Station. After a scenic cable car ride up the mountain, a shuttle bus will take you directly to the ski resort. This multi-modal journey offers convenience and a glimpse of the Rokko scenery.
From Shin-Kobe Station, you can take the Kobe City Subway Seishin-Yamate Line to Sannomiya Station. At Sannomiya, transfer to the Hankyu Kobe Line to Rokko Station, or take the JR Tokaido-Sanyo Line to Rokkomichi Station. From either Rokko or Rokkomichi, take a local bus to Rokko Cable Shita Station, then the Rokko Cable Car, followed by a shuttle bus to the ski resort.
