- The flight times are 09:30 AM (April to September) and 13:30 PM (May to August) departing from Nangan Fu-Ao Port. Please arrive at the port counter 20 minutes before departure; late arrivals will not be accommodated.
- In the event of poor weather conditions such as typhoons or heavy rain, a decision on whether to cancel will be made 1 day prior to departure. You will be notified via KKday message or phone call.
- Per the Maritime and Port Bureau, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, a real-name registration system for boarding is now in effect. Please present your identification for verification before boarding.

The Maritime and Ports Bureau of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications has announced that the real-name system for ferry travel will be implemented. Passengers are requested to present their ID cards for identity verification before boarding.
In compliance with Article 37-1 of the Passenger Vessel Management Regulations, the shipping company will collect your personal information and upload the passenger list to the "Passenger List Management System for Passenger Vessels" of the Bureau of Maritime and Port Affairs of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications.

- For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
