Purchase Notice
- The tour group must consist of 15 or more people, with a maximum of 40 people per group. If the tour group cannot be formed, the company will notify you three business days before departure to arrange an alternative departure date.
- The price guideline is: children aged 2-9 are charged the child price, children aged 10 and above are charged the adult price, and children under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. (Each departing group can only have 1 free seat and 2 child seats.)
- Change and Cancellation Policy:
- Within 5 days before departure, a handling fee of half the tour fee will be charged
- Within 10 days before departure, a handling fee of $200 will be charged
- Within 14 days before departure, a handling fee of $100 will be charged
Reminders
A minimum of 15 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 3 day(s) before the departure date
The tour fee already includes the local driver, fluent Chinese tour guide and their tips, as well as round-trip transportation costs.

Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point 5 minutes in advance to avoid delays. No refunds will be given for late arrivals or no-shows. The ripeness, size, and sweetness of the fruit depend on weather and other objective conditions. We cannot guarantee its quality, and guests cannot complain about the quality of the fruit. The flowering period may be slightly delayed due to weather conditions. Once the tour is organized, the departure will proceed as scheduled regardless of the flowering conditions. Please be advised.
The venue may be closed for maintenance or repairs due to the situation on the day. The decision is made by the organizer. Guests cannot use this as an excuse to claim compensation. Please understand! If the restaurant is temporarily closed/full or other factors prevent you from dining on the day of departure, you will be replaced by a dining hall or a cash voucher.
Outdoor activities involve certain risks and potential dangers. Guests must assess whether they are suitable for participation based on their own health and ability when considering any activities included in the tour or provided during the trip.
The daily itinerary may be adjusted based on the weather, traffic and temporary conditions of the day.

Please note that in Japan, tour guides and driver-leaders have different responsibilities. For groups of 10 or more, a fluent Chinese or Cantonese-speaking guide will be assigned to the group (the guide will alternate between Cantonese and Mandarin; if the tour language cannot be specified, please refer to the day's schedule). (For groups of less than 10, only the driver-leader will accompany the group, who will only be responsible for itinerary and time management.)
The driver and tour leader can speak Mandarin. In case of emergency, you can seek help from the driver and tour leader.
