This venue, Mama welcomes you with her warm omotenashi, serving Japanese home- style dishes that come straight from the heart.  You may be surprised to find that her cooking goes beyond traditional Japanese cuisine and Oriental medical cuisine - many of the dishes are international favorites, uniquely adapted to Japanese tastes in Japanese home - style cooking.

Pace is one of the highly recommended venues by the All Japan Snack Federation. It is usually not open to walk-in customers, so this is a rare and special opportunity to immerse yourself in authentic Japanese culture by making a reservation through this system. 

Please note that the mama and staff may not be fluent in English or other foreign languages, though they will do their best to communicate with you. You may not always be perfectly understood, but these communication challenges can become part of the charm and a truly unforgettable memory! 

The night begins with a simple ritual: saying your name, where you're from, and a bit about your day. Then comes the kanpai—a shared toast with glasses raised high.
