This is a shared transfer service, not a private charter. You may need to transfer between a large bus and a minibus during the journey.

- Service Hours: Airport pick-up: 7:00 AM–12:30 AM (departures every 30 minutes); Airport drop-off: 6:30 AM–11:30 PM
- The pick-up/drop-off time selected when booking is for reference only. For airport drop-offs, please also note your preferred airport arrival time. Once your booking is confirmed, customer service will try to arrange your transfer for approximately 2–2.5 hours before your preferred airport arrival time.

- Easy Departure: Large buses depart approximately every 30 minutes according to the schedule. After a short wait at the airport, staff will guide you to the boarding point.
- Brief Transfer: Dedicated staff will assist you at the transfer point. After a short wait, they will guide you to the connecting vehicle. (Scan the QR code when you get off the bus to view your shuttle vehicle number. The shuttle has a large vehicle number displayed on its exterior and is within direct line of sight, so no map is needed. Staff will also be available to assist on-site.)
- Arrive at Your Destination: After transferring to the minibus, travel according to the route planned by the system. (Shared transfers do not have fixed routes or guaranteed pick-up/drop-off order.) Upon arrival, collect your luggage to complete the airport pick-up service.
- Airport Drop-Off
- Check Messages: When placing your order, please check your messages to ensure customer service can contact you and add you to a group chat for communication on the day of travel. On the day, the driver will notify you by message approximately 20 minutes before arrival.
- Be Ready on Time: Please wait at the agreed location at the scheduled time. The driver will arrive for pick-up on time. Please be punctual, as no refund will be provided if you miss the vehicle due to late arrival.

After arriving at the transfer station, collect your luggage and wait for the large bus. Scan the QR code when you get off to view your shuttle vehicle number. [Luggage Allowance]
- Each passenger may bring one piece of luggage up to 32 inches (total dimensions under 170 cm) and one carry-on bag up to 20 inches (total dimensions under 115 cm) free of charge. Oversized or additional luggage requires a separate luggage ticket. Thank you for your understanding. (Carry-on bags measuring no more than 50 cm in height and with a capacity of no more than 30 L, as well as backpacks and other personal items that can be carried on your lap, are not counted toward the luggage allowance.)
