Actual expenses will be reimbursed and paid to the driver in cash (Japanese Yen) at the end of the trip.

Each unit costs 1,000 yen (tax included). Please note this when making your reservation and order. Additional units cannot be added on-site.
If a passenger's lateness causes a delay in their trip, they can choose to shorten their trip or retain their trip and pay the corresponding overtime service fee.
To ensure a smooth trip, the driver may adjust the return time or the order of attractions based on the day's traffic conditions. If the trip exceeds the booked private charter car time, an overtime service fee will be charged for every 30 minutes, with any time less than 30 minutes counted as 30 minutes. Please pay the driver in cash at the end of the trip:
Small car: 3,200 yen
Alphard minivan: 4,810 yen
Jumbo van: 4,880 yen
If there is vomiting, unpleasant odors, or other serious damage to the vehicle, a cleaning fee of 25,000 yen will be charged.
This product is a 4/8-hour private charter car service. The usage time is calculated based on the total time from the vehicle's departure to its return.
Only private private charter car are provided, and passengers cannot ride together with other passengers.
If inclement weather or unforeseen events affect your trip, customer service will proactively notify you, and you can choose to reschedule or receive a full refund. If you encounter any force majeure event affecting your trip, please contact us as soon as possible and provide proof; customer service will handle the matter accordingly.
Each vehicle type has passenger and luggage capacity limits. Please be sure to select the appropriate vehicle type based on the actual number of passengers and luggage, and specify the correct number of passengers and luggage when placing your order. If the number of passengers exceeds the vehicle type limit on the day of your trip, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and will not provide a refund.
To ensure a smooth trip, the driver may adjust the return time or the order of attractions based on the traffic conditions of the day.
If you need to change your itinerary, please contact us at least 48 hours before departure, otherwise we regret that we cannot process your request.
