The venue is located on the upper floors of ASPAM, overlooking Aomori Port where the Nebuta sea parade and fireworks display take place. We have prepared a special space where you can relax and enjoy the event.

The "Nebuta Sea Parade & Fireworks Display" will be held on the final day of the Aomori Nebuta Festival (August 7th). This special one-night-only event will feature approximately 11,000 fireworks lighting up the night sky!
13th floor observation deck area: The 13th floor observation deck area is limited to 22 people, so you can enjoy a special moment with an outstanding sense of privacy and up-close views of the fireworks.
9th Floor Private Rooms: A completely private space for exclusive use (Private room "Tsugaru" up to 8 people / "Nanbu" up to 6 people): Relax in an air-conditioned private room on the 9th floor and enjoy a meal featuring seasonal Aomori cuisine while watching the Nebuta Festival and fireworks with commentary.
Enjoy the seasonal flavors of Aomori, an area blessed with abundant nature such as the Shirakami Mountains and the Tsugaru Straits, with food and drinks made with ingredients from the prefecture (served in bento box format).
Fully equipped facilities: Enjoy a comfortable viewing experience in a room with a suitable temperature. Clean, spectator-only toilets are located on the first floor and can be accessed by elevator.

Reminders
There will be no fireworks announcements in the 13th floor observation area. This only applies to the private rooms on the 9th floor.
If a violation occurs, your reservation will be invalid and no refunds will be given, and you will be asked to leave if you are using the facility. We are not responsible for any damages or troubles that may result from this.
① We refuse service to anyone associated with anti-social forces.
② Reselling purchased seats is prohibited.
If any actions violate the above points ① and ②, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation and will not issue a refund. If the reservation has already been used, you will be asked to leave. We will not be held liable for any damages or problems arising from these actions.
There is no dedicated parking available at the venue. Due to expected heavy traffic congestion caused by traffic restrictions, we strongly recommend using the nearest public transportation. We are happy to assist you with transportation arrangements for your visit. Please feel free to contact us.
If an event is canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizer's control, we will, in principle, notify you by the event date, except in unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or disease outbreaks. In such cases, the event fee will be fully refunded. However, no refunds will be given for cancellations due to customer reasons.
In the event that the event is canceled due to an earthquake, typhoon, tsunami, storm, flood, epidemic or infectious disease outbreak, other natural disaster, war, riot, civil unrest, terrorism, labor dispute, strike by a third party, enactment or amendment of laws and regulations, orders or dispositions by public authorities, fire not attributable to the organizer, or other force majeure event, the event fee will not be refunded.
