If a customer is late in dropping off their luggage at the delivery location, such as an airport, hotel, shopping mall, or home, AIRPORTELs staff will only wait for 15 minutes
Once AIRPORTELs collects the luggage, it cannot be returned to the starting point
If AIRPORTELs is unable to contact the customer or the customer does not show up within 15 minutes after the scheduled time, the order will be considered a "No Show" and canceled without a refund
If you want to send the luggage one day before and keep it at the airport, then pick it up the next day. You must buy the Luggage Storage by AIRPORTELs | Thailand (Link to book) to keep your luggage
A fee of THB 300 is charged for Fast Delivery service. There is no limit on the number of items per order. You can specify the delivery time and the receiving time. The operation starts from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and delivers within 3-4 hours.
