The elephants were adorable, and the whole park was huge, quiet, beautiful, and clean, but!!! The number of people in one group was just too many! There were only three elephants, but we estimated there were about 30 people there that day! The photo opportunities, feeding the elephants medicine, and bathing them were all well-organized, but there were just too many people! When we bathed the elephants (it wasn't like you'd imagine, just splashing water with a ladle), this part was over so quickly, probably less than 10 minutes, which was a bit...uh?! That's it?! And then there were so many groups that when we arrived, the previous group's guided tour was almost over?! So we didn't get to participate?? (Strange, was this our problem?) It felt a bit inexplicable, just like that? We added the Sticky Waterfall tour, which was very fun, but the elephant park is actually quite far from the waterfall, more than an hour's drive! Everyone should pay attention when planning their trips, and if you have children, remember to let them use the toilet after the elephant tour! We got on the bus without realizing how far it was!! The meeting time is not clearly stated on the website. Of course, vehicle arrangements are usually made the day before, which is fine. The problem is that the itinerary on the website shouldn't be so unclear. For example, "Meeting time is between 8:00 and 8:30; please scan the QR code to confirm the night before." Since we're traveling abroad, we're naturally worried about being late for this kind of trip, so the product information on the website should be as clear and easy to understand as possible for everyone. Overall, it's a worthwhile trip, but the process could be a bit smoother. I recommend it to everyone!
Since it's a shared ride, there's a pick-up time, but they reliably drop you off and pick you up at your hotel, and it's significantly cheaper than buying tickets on the day, so it's perfect.
There are shows running at the same time, so it's difficult to see all of them, but the driver even exchanged the tickets for us (maybe it was just a coincidence), and the service was far easier than we expected – fantastic!
Both types of trams run until the end, so you can go after watching the shows, but for the herbivore tram, the animals eat up close, so it might be better to go while it's still light for better photos.
It works great, it's equivalent to a 30% discount, much cheaper, and very attractive!
