Airport Drop-off

• Drop-off time: It is recommended to depart from the pick-up location at least 3 hours before your flight departure
• Grace period: The driver will wait for up to 15 minutes. Beyond this, travelers will be considered no-shows, and the service will be canceled without a refund. To extend the waiting time, a surcharge of NT$300–500 will apply, depending on the duration (payable directly to the driver on-site)

Airport Pick-up

• Pick-up time: The driver will greet you at the airport holding a sign upon your arrival. Vehicle and driver details will be sent via the KKday app or email between 6:00 pm–9:00 pm (GMT+8) the day before pick-up
• Grace period: The driver will wait up to 90 minutes from the actual flight landing time. After this, guests will be considered no-shows, and the service will be canceled without a refund
• Early arrival: Please wait for up to 90-minute from the actual arrival time
• Flight delay: If the flight is delayed for under 1 hour, the driver will wait for up to 90-minute from the actual arrival time. If the flight is delayed for more than 1 hours, please inform KKday or the driver at least 2 hours in advance to confirm whether pick-up is still available or if a vehicle needs to be rearranged. With delays during peak seasons or indefinitely-delayed flight, pick-up may become impossible; in this case, the service will be fully refunded

For domestic flights, arriving 1–2 hours before departure is ideal. The driver will wait up to 30 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time (grace period). If you do not show up within this time, it will be considered a voluntary forfeit without a refund.

Q: What is the recommended pick-up time for airport pick-up?

A: Please provide the flight number and arrival time during booking. The driver will wait for 90 minutes (grace period) based on the actual landing time. If you do not show up within this time, it will be considered a voluntary forfeit without a refund.

Q: What happens if the flight arrives earlier or is delayed for airport pick-up?
A: (1) If the flight arrives earlier than scheduled, please wait for up to 90 minutes based on the actual arrival time.
(2) If the flight is delayed: If the delay is within 1 hour, the driver will wait for 90 minutes based on the actual arrival time. If the delay exceeds 1 hour, contact KKday customer service 3 hours in advance to update the flight info. If flight is delayed indefinitely without proper info, KKday will assist in cancelling the booking. To avoid any incurred costs, please book the service again or contact customer service.

Q: What is the vehicle's capacity?
A: 5-seater: 1-3 passengers.
9-seater: 4-7 passengers. Each car seat used reduces the passenger count by 1. Under Taiwanese law, children under 4 years old must use a car seat. The cost for each car seat is NT$200, payable to the driver on-site. If a passenger refuses to use the car seat or passengers or luggage exceeds the capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse service without a refund. Please note the need for a car seat when booking.

Q: What are the additional charges?
A: The displayed amount is the fee for each vehicle, including taxes and tolls. However, the price may vary based on additional services requested, such as using a car seat, multiple pick-up/drop-off points, or extended waiting times

Q: How much luggage can I bring?
A: Checked luggage and carry-on suitcases are both considered checked luggage and must be placed in the rear trunk. Items carried, worn, or placed on seats are considered carry-on luggage. Oversized items (e.g., foldable bikes, strollers, wheelchairs) are considered special luggage and will be assessed separately. A 5-seater can accommodate 3 pieces of 24" luggage, or 2 pieces of 26" or 28" luggage. A 9-seater can accommodate 8 pieces of 24" luggage, 7 pieces of 26" luggage, or 6 pieces of 28" luggage. An ALPHARD can accommodate 3 pieces of 20" luggage, or 2 pieces of 28" luggage. A 15-seat medium-sized bus can accommodate 10 pieces of 26" luggage, or 8 pieces of 28" luggage. The number of seats will decrease as the number of luggage pieces increases. Failure to comply with these regulations will result in the forfeiture of the service without a refund. (As per most airline policies, the standard luggage size is 157.48 cm or 68.58 x 53.34 x 35.56 cm, and weighs around 22.68 kg.)

Q: Can I change my booking after it's confirmed?
A: To change the pick-up time, please contact KKday customer service. Changes are not accepted within 3 days before departure, and any urgent changes will incur a fee.

Q: Where will I meet the driver?

Airport Pick-up with Meet & Greet: An airport representative will be holding a sign with your name at the arrival hall (on your right after clearing customs). Look for the KKday logo and your name on the sign, and the representative will guide you to the vehicle

Airport Pick-up without Meet & Greet: After collecting your luggage, proceed to Exit 20 (T1) or Exit 28 (T2) and notify the driver of your arrival. The driver will come to you from the airport parking lot or surrounding area. Please check the license plate before boarding (there may be a 5–10 minute wait, as parking outside the airport gate is prohibited and subject to fines)

(2) Airport Drop-off: The driver will meet you at your designated hotel or address. Check the license plate before boarding or ask the front desk to confirm if the driver has arrived

Q: What if I can't find the driver at the agreed-upon location?

The driver will also provide GPS or photo evidence. Failure to provide evidence will be considered a no-show, and no refund or compensation will be provided

Airport Pick-up without Meet & Greet: Please call the driver's phone number when you arrive the airport. To ensure immediate contact, it's not advised to contact the driver via messaging apps, KKday messages or online customer service. If there's no response, please keep a record. The driver will also provide GPS or photo evidence. Failure to provide evidence will be considered a no-show, and no refund or compensation will be provided

(2) Airport Drop-off: If you can't find the driver at the designated location, take a photo on the spot (including the current time and location). The driver will also provide GPS or photo evidence. Q: What is the surcharge for airport transfers that span across daytime and nighttime (10:00 pm–6:59 am, UTC+8)?
A:
(1) Airport Pick-up:
1. Flight arrives early, before the nighttime period: If the flight arrives before the nighttime period, no refund for the nighttime surcharge will be provided

2. Flight delayed: If the delay extends into the nighttime period, an additional NT$200 (5-/9-seater) or NT$400 (ALPHARD/15-seater bus) will be collected on-site

Example:

If Vanilla Air JW107 from Tokyo (NRT) at 7:00 pm on 11/01 was scheduled to land at Taoyuan (TPE) at 10:15 pm on 11/02, but arrives earlier at 9:40 pm, no refund for the nighttime surcharge will be issued.
If Vanilla Air JW107 from Tokyo (NRT) at 6:00 pm on 11/01 was scheduled to land at Taoyuan (TPE) at 9:15 pm on 11/02, but lands at 10:10 pm, the nighttime surcharge will be collected on-site.

(2) Airport Drop-off:
The driver will wait for 15 minutes (grace period) based on the pick-up time you provided. If the grace period goes into the nighttime surcharge period, an additional NT$200 (5-/9-seater) or NT$400 (ALPHARD/15-seater bus) will be collected on-site

Q: Are taxes included in the price? How can I get an invoice for reimbursement?
 A: All prices shown include taxes. An electronic invoice will be issued for each order and sent by email within 3 days after placing the order. Upon receiving the invoice, you can print it for reimbursement. For additional on-site services that require payment to the driver, please request a blank invoice/e-invoice in advance from customer service, or leave the information in the order to have the invoice sent to you via email
