When talking about yakiniku, you can't go wrong with tongue. Because it is not frozen, the texture and flavor are completely different from other restaurants. Grill it quickly for 20 seconds on each side and enjoy. It also comes with grated daikon radish.
The loin is fresh enough to be eaten rare without being too fatty. Please cook it rare for 5 seconds on each side. It is also great to add chive and egg and rice to make a loin rice bowl.
A horumon mix made from carefully selected cuts of the day's stock. Fresh horumon has no odor and is chewy. It's very filling and good value for money. It goes well with both rice and sake.
It means meat soup, and in simple terms, it is meat udon without the udon. This is our specialty soup, made with thinly sliced Japanese beef in a Kansai-style udon soup made with bonito flakes and kelp.
