Taiwanese law mandates the use of infant cots or car seats for children under 4 years old; booster seats are recommended for children aged 4-12. Please provide your child's date of birth, height, and weight when booking. The first seat is provided free of charge; a second seat will cost NT$300 on-site.

No specific vehicle color or model can be specified; the vehicle will be dispatched based on the actual vehicle available on the day of the event.
If traffic congestion or restrictions occur at any attraction due to events or holidays, please discuss itinerary changes with the driver on-site. Additional overtime fees incurred due to traffic will be charged and will not be refunded.
Please board the bus at the designated location on time. If the number of participants on the day of departure is less than the number originally booked, or if the itinerary information does not match the actual situation and this was not communicated in advance, the driver has the right to refuse service and no refund will be issued.
The order of attractions on the itinerary can be slightly adjusted, as long as a consensus is reached with the driver on the day.

Please note that the following behaviors are prohibited in the car: eating, smoking, putting on sunscreen, taking off shoes, kicking the back of the driver's seat, spitting on the window, and littering. If you don't feel good on the way, please inform the driver and ask for a vomit bag. Damaged or dirty items must be compensated according to the price and paid in cash on-site
