For safety reasons, the driver reserves the right to refuse service on the day of travel the passengers and luggage on-site exceed the capacity. Any resulting losses will be passenger responsibility
- Suitcases, including carry-on suitcases, are considered checked luggage. Small personal items such as backpacks, handbags, and laptop bags are considered carry-on baggage. If you are bringing large items such as strollers, wheelchairs, golf bags, or surfboards, please inform us in advance when booking so that we can arrange a suitable vehicle
- If you require a departure time before the standard service hours, please consult KKday customer service regarding additional fees before booking. Please note this in the "Remarks" section; the extra fee can be paid on-site.

Overtime fee is calculated in 30-minute increments for any period less than 30 minutes. Please pay the driver in cash.

Nighttime Service Fee
Service hours are 07:00–21:00. A surcharge of JP 1,500/30 minutes will apply for bookings outside these hours.
Any time less than 30 minutes will be calculated as 30 minutes. Overtime pay for night shifts will be collected directly by the driver; please pay the driver in cash.

Child Safety Seat
The first child safety seat is free. Subsequent seats are charged at JP¥2,000 each. Please pay in cash to the driver.
Child safety seats are not provided on the bus. This product defaults to using a child safety seat for children aged 0-3 years, and a booster seat for children aged 4-6 years (same cost as a child safety seat)

If the car is unable to park at the pick-up/drop-off location, please walk a short distance to our designated pick-up point
According to Japanese traffic laws, drivers cannot drive continuously for more than 2.5 hours, and must have at least 30 minutes of rest time
The charter start time is based on the reservation time. Please wait for the vehicle at the designated pick-up point on time
Please select a suitable charter duration. Charter time cannot be extended on the day of the charter. If you do not return to the vehicle after the scheduled time, the driver has the right to unload your luggage and leave
No refund will be given for early termination of the charter
In the event of force majeure such as typhoons or earthquakes that prevent the tour from proceeding as scheduled, a full refund will be issued
Extra fees (child safety seats, deadhead fees, remote area surcharges, bus driver's meals & tips, overtime fees, and nighttime surcharges) must be paid in cash to the driver on the day of departure. If you refuse to pay, the driver has the right to refuse service without a refund
The itinerary must be arranged in a manner that fits the route and avoid cross-regional travel (e.g., south, north, and then back to the south). We will arrange a smooth and safe route based on actual road conditions
