- The weather in Yellowknife is severely cold in winter, the winter gear set is an all-inclusive package featuring a cozy down jacket, snug gloves, a protective mask, sturdy snowshoes, and resilient snow pants
- Please note that winter gear rentals are available for adults only, parents should bring winter clothes for children under 12
- The quantity of winter gear is limited on a first-come, first-served basis. In the case of a shortage of size, the nearest size will be substituted

- For cancellations made at least 9 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 44% will apply
- For cancellations made 7 to 8 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 5 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time.
