∙ Learning efficiency: It is more suitable to separate adults and children and keep them in a group of 4 or less. ∙ Parent-child learning: It is recommended that the maximum number of members is 4-5, and no more than 3 children aged 7-12 years. ∙ Children aged 7-12 years: One instructor can lead a maximum of 4 children for beginners, and children with existing skiing experience can be grouped in groups of 6. ∙ Toddlers aged 4-6 years: Toddlers who are just starting out and have no experience need a 1-on-1 instructor, while children with existing skiing experience can have one instructor lead 2 children. ∙ Teaching courses: One instructor can lead a group of up to 6 children. ∙ Skiing level: The skiing level of each member should be as consistent as possible.

Course and meeting times
Please arrive at the designated location 5 minutes before the meeting time. Latecomers will not be accommodated to avoid disruption to the itinerary. The course content will be adjusted flexibly based on the participant's needs. Please follow the instructor's instructions.
Free time considerations
Please pay attention to your personal safety during the free slide and avoid entering the intermediate and advanced slides. If an accident occurs, please contact the instructor or staff immediately.
Clothing recommendations and responsible statement
Please refrain from wearing inappropriate clothing (e.g., down jackets, jeans, cotton pants, etc.) to avoid dampness and coldness, which may increase the risk of injury. Any discomfort or injury resulting from improper attire is your sole responsibility.
Cold weather preparation
Hokkaido's winter temperatures are extremely low, so it is recommended that you bring your own warm clothing, gloves, hats, and other accessories.
Age restrictions and participation regulations
Passengers aged 60 and above must sign a waiver on the day of the experience to participate in the course. If they fail to sign, the course will not be arranged and no refund will be provided.
Infants aged 4-6 years old and without prior experience will need to arrange a one-on-one coaching session on the day of the experience before they can participate. Those who cannot accept this arrangement will not be able to register and will not receive a refund.
Children under 4 years old are not allowed to register.

If you do not follow the official grouping principles when registering, customer service will notify you via email to modify your order. If you do not agree to the adjustment, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 61 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 31 to 60 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 15 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
