Opened on November 5, 2024. At 'Cuocca', enjoy Italian cuisine made with seasonal ingredients in a relaxed atmosphere. We offer a variety of dishes, including colorful assorted appetizers and our signature homemade fresh pasta. Our chef's omakase course, crafted from the day's carefully selected ingredients, is available both as food-only or with an all-you-can-drink option. It is a sophisticated yet casual space perfect for various occasions, from everyday meals with spouses or friends to dates and bar visits.
Among the many different pasta dishes on the menu, our handmade pasta made with green laver is a favorite that attracts many repeat customers. The thickness of the pasta varies depending on the sauce. We can also make pasta to your liking, so please feel free to contact us.
Cuocca's colorful appetizer platter is carefully arranged and features seasonal vegetables, making it a dish you can enjoy every time you visit. Our cuisine goes beyond the bounds of Italian cuisine, using plenty of seasonal ingredients and changing the menu to offer the best of each season.
We offer a wide variety of wines, mainly from Italy and France. We also stock local Miyagi craft beers. We also have a wide range of whiskeys and liqueurs, including lemon, muscat, plum, and kumquat liqueurs that are easy for women to drink.
A sophisticated yet casual space where adults gather to relax and enjoy a meal surrounded by soothing, subdued background music. There are nine seats at the stone counter, creating a relaxing atmosphere. There is also a private room with a sunken kotatsu table for up to four people, where you can relax in a private space. It is perfect for a variety of occasions, such as casual dinners, dates, entertaining clients, watching sports on the in-store projector, or as a second bar.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
