Service fee for cross-district pick-up and drop-off areas

If the pick-up and drop-off area is outside the 23 wards of Tokyo, an additional cross-ward service fee will apply (the fee varies depending on the location).

If the customer is staying in the Hakone/Fuji area, approximately 2 hours of driver travel time to and from the destination will be deducted.

For medium-sized vehicles with 13 or more seats, the travel time to and from the destination is approximately 2 hours, resulting in an actual usage time of 7 hours.

If the trip involves crossing different routes, an additional cross-ward service fee will apply, such as for the Fuji area + Kamakura area.

Overtime fee for vehicle use

Overtime fees will be incurred if the vehicle usage exceeds 10 hours. Overtime fees: 5000 RMB/hour for vehicles with fewer than 14 seats, and 10000 RMB/hour for private charter car with 14 seats or more exceeding the service time.
The driver will provide a suggested return time based on the map; if the time is exceeded due to unexpected traffic jams on the day, the guest will be responsible for the overtime fee.

5th Station Ascent Fee

If you wish to visit the 5th station during your trip, an additional fee will be charged (approximately 2060-4700 yen depending on the vehicle type).

Second child seat fee

The first child seat is free if needed; the second one will incur a charge of 2000 yen to the driver.

Parking fee at Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine

If the itinerary includes Arakura Fuji Asama Shrine, an additional parking fee of 1500 yen (subject to actual ticket price) will apply.

  • Since the Arakurayama Asama Shrine has recently started charging a high parking fee, if you wish to visit the shrine, you can choose to either ① get off at Shimoyoshida Station and walk to the entrance of the shrine (approximately 10 minutes walk), or ② get off at the shrine's designated parking lot at the entrance, but a parking fee of 1500 yen will be charged (once a vehicle enters, it cannot be reversed; payment must be made within the parking lot, equivalent to the entrance fee for those traveling by car).
