If you would like to pick up your item separately during your trip instead of waiting there, the business hours and times are Monday through Friday, 8:30-17:30. (On Saturdays and Sundays, please pick up your item 100 minutes after the start of sterilization.) Please note that you will not be able to pick up your item outside of these times.
