Restaurant Hamachidori is located within Wellness Park Goshiki. We offer dishes that use an abundance of seafood and mountain produce from Awaji Island! We carefully select delicious ingredients such as Awaji beef for meat, Spanish mackerel, sea bream, conger eel, and puffer fish for fish, and local Ayuhara rice for rice. We have a selection of excellent dishes, including a "local rice bowl" of Spanish mackerel, sea bream, and raw whitebait, as well as a set meal that includes Awaji beef and local fish.◎We also offer seasonal menus using Spanish mackerel and Awaji Island cherry salmon in spring, conger eel in summer, sea bream in autumn, and three-year-old puffer fish in winter. Please enjoy the seasonal ingredients carefully selected by our head chef!
In addition to casually enjoyed dishes, we also offer a wide variety of authentic kaiseki cuisine. Using high-quality seasonal ingredients such as the branded beef "Awaji Beef," conger eel in summer, and "three-year-old tiger pufferfish" in winter, we prepare luxurious kaiseki cuisine using the techniques of our master chefs. We especially recommend the "Assorted Seasonal Vegetables," "Assorted Seasonal Fresh Fish," and the "Island Kaiseki," which allows you to fully enjoy Awaji Beef and local fish (menus may change depending on the availability of supplies). Kaiseki reservations are only accepted by phone.
