1. Which court do I have access to?
A: The hospitality package provide access to the Phillippe-Chatrier court in the Premium Category and to the adjoining courts in free seating.
2. When will I receive the exact seat on the court?
A: Your tickets and seating details will be sent separately to your booking confirmation. eTickets will be sent by email between 3 and 5 days before the event.
3. What match will I be able to watch on the day of my visit?
A: For day sessions from the first round to the round of 16: Access to three matches on Philippe-Chatrier Court as well as all matches on the side courts. For evening sessions from the first round to the round of 16: Access to one match (the day's fixture) on Philippe-Chatrier Court as well as all matches on the side courts. For the semifinals: Access to the two women's semifinals on Thursday of the second week and the two men's semifinals on Friday of the second week. IMPORTANT: We cannot predict in advance which players will compete on the courts. Match times may also vary depending on the duration of previous matches.
4. What items are prohibited inside Roland-Garros?
A: All common dangerous objects are prohibited, specifically selfie sticks, bags larger than 15L, bottles larger than 1.5L, helmets, camera lenses larger than 20cm, and ice packs. A locker is available outside the stadium for these items, particularly suitcases and helmets.
5. Do I have access to a changing room?
A: Each dining area has a cloakroom for storing your belongings.
6. Can I leave the stadium grounds?
A: Any exit from the Roland-Garros grounds is final. However, you can enter and exit each court as you wish within the grounds.
7. What is the seating plan for sit-down meals?
A: Seating plans are created and assigned in advance of the event. The maximum number of people per table is 12 and the minimum is 2. Guests are not able to choose their seating. In some cases, they may be asked to share a table with other guests.
8. Do you offer menus for special diets?
A: All menus offer a vegetarian alternative. Kosher options can be ordered 48 hours in advance. A "regarding prohibitions" menu is also available.
9. Where can I get dropped off and picked up by taxi/private hire vehicle?
A: To access the Orangerie and the Mezzanine, the nearest stop is the Hôtel Molitor before going through security. To access the Pavilion, you can get dropped off right in front of the "Carrefour des anciens combattants" (Veterans' Crossroads).
