If the confirmed itinerary includes paid admission points or boat trips, you will be responsible for paying for each. Please note that these are not included in the price. (Payment will be made locally.)
You will need a car as you cannot walk to areas other than Fukura Port and Fukura Town. On the application screen, you can choose between using your own car, renting a car, taking a taxi, or walking. If you choose a taxi, please make your reservation and prepare in advance. Please note that if you choose walking, the tour will only cover Fukura Port and Fukura Town.
In the model itinerary described above, transportation to the Uzu-no-Oka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Hall will be by car. The guide will travel in a separate car and meet you there. (This also applies if you are traveling to a place not described in the model itinerary.)
Public transportation (buses) is not very well developed, and using buses during the tour would be inefficient, so we will not allow transportation by bus.
Please note that some entrance facilities and boats may require a fee for guides, and in that case, the cost of the guide will be borne by the customer. We will discuss this point with the guide in advance. (If you stick to the model course, there will be no fee for the guide.)
If the weather conditions are bad on the day and it becomes difficult to continue the itinerary as planned, we will consult with you on the day and may change the itinerary. Please note that if the time of the itinerary is shortened as a result, refunds will not be possible.
If bad weather such as a typhoon is expected, the tour may be canceled the day before. In that case, we will contact you by email and process a refund to your credit card.
If you eat during the tour, the guide will plan your meal accordingly.
Applications cannot be made for children/minors (including infants) alone.
The guide will only speak Japanese. Guests of any nationality can participate.
Cancellations will be accepted if requested by the customer during business hours (9:00-17:00).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
