If you are unable to produce legal documents when picking up the vehicle, we will not be able to provide the vehicle and any fees paid will not be refunded.

Types of driver's license: Republic of China ID card + driver's license, foreign passport + international driver's license (car rental is not allowed in countries without reciprocal driver's license).

Overtime fee: to be paid on site. The 12-hour plan is limited to rental and return during the business hours of the location on the same day. Please note that the unused time cannot be deducted from the fee or retained. If the car is not returned on the same day, the overtime fee will be calculated based on the actual return time; each overtime hour is charged at 1/10 of the free-to-use special preferential rental price. If the overtime is more than 6 hours, it will be charged as 1 day. On weekdays, the price is based on the weekday preferential rental price of this event, and on holidays, the price is based on the holiday preferential rental price of this event or the applicable credit card discount.

Definition of weekdays and holidays: weekdays (Monday to Thursday), holidays (Friday to Sunday, national holidays and the day before).

Fuel is charged based on mileage, and each vehicle is equipped with a fuel card. Before the vehicle leaves, the store staff and the customer both confirm the mileage and record it in the rental contract. When returning the car, both parties will check the mileage again and charge a mileage fee according to the agreement. This project is not applicable to the rent-and-return service.

This package does not include the rental of additional accessories (such as child safety seats, booster cushions, navigation equipment, driving recorders, and oxygen sterilization purifiers) and additional services (peace of mind and exemption services). If customers have requirements for additional accessories or services, please inform the travel agency of the requirements and complete the reservation when ordering the goods, and pay by credit card when picking up the car.

If any violation ticket or parking fee occurs during the rental period, the lessee must bear the cost.

Before ordering this product, please be sure to read the product ordering instructions and related agreements carefully. If the person making the reservation is not the passenger himself, the person making the reservation will be in the position of an agent, which means he is obliged to fully inform the passenger of the itinerary.
