Purchase Notice
A nine-seater car will be arranged based on the number of participants. Unfortunately, it is not possible to specify the model or color of the car.
Each person can carry at most one 26-inch suitcase and one piece of hand luggage that can be placed on the legs. Please ask in advance if you wish to bring items other than the above on board. (If the size or number of luggage exceeds the capacity of the carriage, the company may refuse to pick you up and will not refund the fee)
Travel time is subject to traffic conditions on your date of participation, so actual arrival time may vary slightly.
This product is a shared ride and must be boarded within the scheduled time.
(If you need to wait to get on the bus, you need to pay NT$300/half hour on site)
If you are unable to participate in the entire trip due to personal factors such as lateness, it will be deemed that you have waived your rights and interests, and you will not be able to cancel or refund the fee, and you will not be able to request any refund or compensation.
Detailed pick-up information and driver contact information will be provided one day before departure. Please be sure to leave an email address to inform the itinerary information via email.
This trip provides driver pick-up and drop-off service, meals and scenic spot consultation can be provided, but no tour guide service is provided.
The vehicle for this service does not have barrier-free facilities. Passengers with limited mobility are not recommended to participate. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
This service cannot accommodate wheelchairs, non-foldable strollers and large sports equipment. We apologize for the inconvenience.
According to Taiwan's traffic regulations, children under 4 years old are required to sit in a safety seat. If you require one, please inform us in the order notes. The price is NT$ 200 per seat.
If there are force majeure factors such as typhoons or earthquakes before the departure date, the departure will be postponed after being announced by the meteorological unit. Please contact our customer service staff and arrange another departure date. If you cannot reschedule and request a refund, a handling fee of NT$ 500 per person will be deducted.

The minimum number of participants is 6. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum number of participants specified above, the tour will be cancelled and an email notification of the cancellation will be sent 1 day before the departure date.
Pets are not allowed on board.
Due to passenger liability insurance, infants and children are required to purchase tickets. If the number of passengers on board is different from the booked number, we may refuse to pick them up.
Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the meeting time. Latecomers will not be waited for. Latecomers cannot use this as an excuse to request order modification, cancellation or refund.
This product is a shared ride with a shuttle bus. There is no guided tour service and the itinerary cannot be adjusted. After boarding the bus, you are free to sit wherever you want, and seats cannot be assigned.
Before 8pm the night before departure, inform the guest of the vehicle information via Email or Line. Please be sure to leave a contactable Email address or Line ID.
Before boarding, please be sure to prepare all passengers' travel documents (passports, valid visas).
In case of traffic jams, accidents or other temporary situations, the order of the itinerary attractions may be adjusted. Please understand.
If the trip cannot be completed due to force majeure factors such as typhoons, the company has the right to change the itinerary.
If there are changes in environmental factors (such as weather, terrain, personnel conditions) during the activity, resulting in safety concerns, the participating passengers agree that the driver and guide have the right to flexibly change the original itinerary. Including route selection, stop locations, whether the itinerary activities will continue, whether the itinerary will end, etc.
If the trip is cancelled due to force majeure (such as natural disasters such as typhoons and earthquakes; bad sea and road conditions make it impossible to travel), it can be postponed once free of charge, or the balance will be refunded after deducting 10% of the total travel cost from necessary fees and administrative expenses.
No refund will be given if the activity is not completed due to climate change or personal reasons.
Please be sure to abide by the travel time. If you exceed the travel time due to personal reasons, you will be required to bear an overtime fee of NT$ 600 per hour. Please be aware.

- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
