1. Only our chauffeur can drive the vehicle.
2. The Chauffeur Service covers only 8 hours. An additional fee of KRW 20,000/hour will apply for any time required after that.
3. The amount of time needed for each attraction will be decided with you and in accordance with your needs.
* Your itinerary may change if you are late so do your best to arrive early.
4. Your itinerary may also change to keep to the maximum travel distance or scheduled time for return.
5. If your pick-up is delayed due to traffic or road conditions, your contracted time will be extended accordingly.
6. Please do not smoke, sing loudly, or engage in any behavior that interferes with the ability of your driver to provide a safe experience for you.
7. You are liable for any damage to the rented vehicle for which you are at fault. This includes the vehicle requiring excessive cleanup.
8. Our drivers can only speak Korean, so we do not recommend trying to engage in conversation with the driver, except in urgent situations. If you have ever tried to converse in a second language with which you are not so familiar while driving, you will understand the hazard this can create for both the driver and you, the passenger.
9. Our drivers are prohibited from recommending specific charged tourist attractions (without your request) and to request tips. Please send us an email if either of these occur.
Q1. When does my itinerary have to be decided?
A1. Your detailed itinerary must be submitted via message within 72 hours of booking in order to confirm your reservation. After this, no changes can be made.
Q2. When will I know my booking has been confirmed?
A2. You will be notified by email within 3 business days of your reservation date.

Q3. Can I extend the Chauffeur Service time or the itinerary driving distance?
A3. No. However, if a delay is SOCAR’s fault, your service time will be extended accordingly.
Q4. What is included in the Chauffeur Service?
A4. Vehicle rental, driver’s fee+meal(s), fuel.
Q5. Are tourist attraction admission fees and parking fees included?
A5. No. You will need to pay for those yourself (Be sure to bring cash and a credit card that you have confirmed can be used in Korea)
Q6. Is it possible to schedule a different departure and destination location?
A6. Yes, if everything remains within the 200 km maximum driving distance.
Q7. Is it possible to set the departure and arrival point anywhere in Jeju?
A7. Yes, except for the island of U-do. If your departure/arrival point is beyond a 10-km radius of Jeju Airport, an additional fee of KRW 20,000 applies.
Q8. Do you have any drivers who can speak other languages besides Korean?
A8. No. Please keep this in mind while he/she is driving.
Q9. How long can I stay at each destination?
A9. You can stay as long as you want, as long as the entire trip remains within the 8-hour service time. We will discuss the details at the time of confirmation and inform you.
You may be unable to complete your itinerary if you delay too long at one or more of your stopping points.
Q10. What does the driver do?
A10. The driver is trained to get you to your destination safely and on time if possible. He/she is not permitted to enter tourist attractions or take photos etc.
Q11. What if the vehicle is damaged or a mess inside when we return it?
A11. You will be charged for any excessive cleanup and any damage that occurs to the vehicle for which you are at fault.
Q12. What should I do if I have any complaints while using the service?
A12. Send your complaint by e-mail within 48 hours after the service ends. We will look into it and get back to you.
Q13. Can I drive the vehicle myself?
A13. No. Insurance does not cover any third parties other than the driver.
Q14. What should I do if a car accident or other incident occurs while using the service?
A14. In the event of a minor incident that does not interfere with the operation of the vehicle, the service will continue to be provided after the incident has been dealt with (with additional time given for the delay).
In the event of an accident or other incident that renders the vehicle inoperable, we will refund the service fee or send another available vehicle immediately to your location.
Necessary hospital treatment can be covered by the driver's insurance policy in accordance with the insurance company's regulations.
Q15. What should I do if there’s an emergency during the service?
A15. If you need help from the police or fire department, you can call 119.
Q16. Is there a limit on travel distance?
A16. Yes, 4hours - 100km, 8hours - 200 km round trip per day. We recommend exploring areas adjacent to your departure/arrival point first for a more convenient experience.
Q17. What is the tour schedule?
A17. Choose an area you would like to visit, or choose one of the recommended courses.
Keep in mind that there is a 200 km round-trip travel distance maximum. There may be adjustments to the itinerary in accordance with the need to arrive to your destination within the reserved time.
Excluding some island areas such as Udo and Biyangdo 🌴, an additional fee of KRW 20,000 💰 will apply if the pick-up location is more than 10km from Jeju Airport ✈️.
