- Guided tour language: Chinese and Japanese (subject to confirmation by the tour guide dispatcher regarding whether guided tour services are provided). This tour is a group-buying tourism product, and the guided tour will primarily be conducted in Chinese.
- When the number of participants is less than 20, no additional tour guide will be assigned. Instead, the driver will serve as the accompanying staff to provide onboard service throughout the trip. After arriving at each attraction, the passengers are free to visit at their own pace.
- Infants under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat do not need to purchase a ticket. One adult can bring one infant who does not occupy a seat. If you are traveling with an infant who does not occupy a seat, please be sure to indicate their date of birth in the remarks column when making a reservation.
- This tour involves long-distance travel. Those whose physical condition fluctuates greatly (such as pregnant women) should assess their own health condition and consider participating carefully. If any sudden situation arises due to physical discomfort during the tour and medical treatment cannot be sought in time, you shall bear the risks yourself. Please be aware of this.

In case of a small number of people, a VIP car with a driver who also serves as a tour leader will be used. Please be advised. This product is a carpooling service, and there will be other guests riding with you. Parking is not allowed outside the scenic spots.
Please confirm the meeting time and location in advance before departure, arrive at the meeting place on time, and look for the tour leader holding the Ocean Travel sign to report. The bus will depart on time. If you are unable to join the tour due to personal reasons, it will be regarded as your voluntary abandonment of the booked itinerary and you will not be able to request a refund or rescheduling.
This trip is a group activity. If you wish to leave the group during the trip due to personal reasons, please be sure to inform us in the remarks column when making a reservation or contact KKday customer service staff for inquiries. On the day of joining the tour, please submit the departure agreement to the tour guide before you can leave the tour. Any unfinished itinerary will be deemed to be automatically abandoned and no additional refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
Please note that the itinerary may be delayed, changed or cancelled due to road and weather conditions. The itinerary sequence, arrival and stay times are for reference only and may be adjusted at any time based on weather and traffic, restaurant reservations, attraction closures, local activities and other factors. Please be sure to evaluate your travel arrangements before and after departure before making a reservation. If the bus delay causes damage to the shuttle transportation or other facilities you arranged by yourself, we will not be able to compensate you.
If the trip is cancelled or terminated due to special circumstances before departure, such as bad weather, natural disasters, mechanical failure, traffic accidents, war, strikes, riots, government orders, etc., which are not attributable to the travel agency, the full tour fee will be refunded; after departure, the fee will be refunded after deducting the costs incurred. In this case, group members cannot object or ask for compensation for any reason. The losses or increased costs caused by the incident shall be borne by the passengers themselves.
Based on travel safety and itinerary smoothness, the company reserves the right and obligation to adjust the itinerary, modify activities or cancel the tour. If the tour is cancelled, the full tour fee will be refunded.
The company, driver, tour leader and tour guide are not responsible for the loss of money and property caused by theft under any circumstances and at any place. Passengers should be responsible for keeping any property and documents by themselves.
The cruise ship's docking time may be changed due to changes in the cruise company. The reference route and departure assembly time are for reference only. The actual departure and return time is subject to the tour notice. The departure notice will be sent at least 2 days before the departure.
This trip is a group tour and you will be travelling with other passengers in a shared car. The car will be assigned according to the number of passengers.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
