2. Regarding children: Children aged 0-2 years old travel free of charge when held in arms (not occupying a seat). Each adult is limited to one child; please inform us when placing your order if you intend to bring a child. Children aged 3 years and above are charged the same as adults. Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by at least one adult throughout the trip. Regarding luggage: Each person is allowed one piece of luggage free of charge. Please inform us in advance if you require more luggage. Bringing luggage without permission that results in insufficient space on the vehicle may result in refusal of boarding and no refund.
3. Reference vehicle types: 5-8 seater: Toyota Alphard or equivalent; 9-14 seater: Toyota Hitch or equivalent; 18-22 seater: minibus; 22 seater and above: large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only and will be adjusted according to the number of participants on the day.
4. Service Format: Small car: English-speaking driver/guide; Large vehicle: Driver + English-speaking guide (basic Japanese also available). Free time within the scenic area; driver/guide will not accompany you inside.
5. No refunds will be given for participants who do not participate, leave the group on their own, or terminate the trip due to personal reasons, lateness, or other reasons. Please take note.
6. Seniors aged 70 and above must ensure they are in good health and suitable for travel, and must be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22 or above throughout the trip. Pregnant women, people with heart disease, acrophobia, and other special groups are not suitable to participate in this tour.

According to Japanese law, the maximum working time for a driver is 10 hours; therefore, the itinerary may be adjusted based on actual circumstances, including reducing sightseeing time at attractions, changing the order of attractions visited, or canceling certain attractions. Refunds will not be provided for such adjustments. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

8. The quality of the flower blooming period is mainly affected by weather conditions. If the flowers are not at their peak bloom, the tour will still depart as scheduled. Reminders
This tour requires a group of 4 people. If you are unable to complete the group, we will notify you at least three days prior to departure and will reschedule or refund your reservation. Once your reservation is confirmed, you cannot reschedule the date at will. Any losses incurred will be borne by you.

- Cancellations 7 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 5 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
