The planning is based on the information available at the moment (January 1, 2025). Due to requests from national and local governments, etc., the festival may be canceled or its content may be changed.
In case of severe weather, the event may be canceled; however, it will generally proceed in rainy weather. If you cancel due to rain, the regular cancellation fee will apply. If the festival is canceled after the tour has already started, no refund will be provided.
The location and seating arrangement of the viewing seats are determined by the event organizer and assigned to each company. Therefore, we cannot inform you of the specific seat details until right before the tour.
After watching the festival, you will be transferred to the hotel by bus. However, due to traffic conditions on the day, there may be significant delays (expected arrival at 23:30).
On the first day of the trip, depending on the time of the outbound Shinkansen train and bus operating regulations, we may have up to 2 hours of free time before transferring to the tourist bus at Morioka Station.
If staying at "ANA Crowne Plaza Resort Appi Kogen," exterior wall construction may be carried out. During the construction period, scaffolding and protective sheets will be installed, obstructing the view from the room.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
