Please be ready and waiting at least 5 minutes before your designated pick-up time. Please arrive at the hotel lobby or hotel/residence driveway pick-up area. (We offer a free pick-up service to all designated hotel guests, this may mean a delay of up to 15 minutes due to unforeseen circumstances. All tours involve walking, so comfortable walking shoes are recommended.
Our vehicles do not have space for luggage, therefore large bags, strollers etc cannot be taken on the tour, please leave them at your hotel or accommodation.
Our tours operate in almost any weather condition. If we deem weather conditions unsafe or unfavourable for our guests we may need to cancel the tour and will notify you. Please ignore the weather forecast on your phone for areas such as the Gold Coast. We can travel in up to 4 weather zones depending on your tour.
