Group or individual package itinerary products are subject to the Domestic Tourism Standardized Contract issued by the Tourism Bureau of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of China. A minimum of 21 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date

In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 18:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Due to traffic, weather and other force majeure factors, travel time delays, itinerary changes or attraction cancellations may occur. Please understand and forgive us.
If the tour is unable to take place due to weather conditions or insufficient number of people, the tour fee will be fully refunded. Travel expenses, transportation, accommodation facilities, etc. that the passengers should have incurred will not be compensated. If the passenger fails to show up on the day, leaves the group midway, or voluntarily abandons the tour due to personal factors, no refund or compensation will be required.
If the trip is canceled or suspended due to special circumstances before departure, such as bad weather, natural disasters, mechanical failures, traffic accidents, war coups, strikes, riots, government orders, etc. that cannot be attributed to the travel agency, the full amount will be refunded. Tour fee; on the day of departure or if the above situation occurs at the departure of the itinerary, the cost incurred will be deducted and refunded. In this case, group members are not allowed to object and demand compensation for any reason. Passengers are responsible for any losses or additional expenses caused by the incident.
Based on travel safety and itinerary smoothness, the company reserves the right and obligation to adjust the itinerary, modify activities or cancel the tour. If the tour is canceled, the full tour fee will be refunded.
Road traffic is unpredictable. If it is a holiday, traffic conditions will be more congested, which may delay the return time. Please consider whether to arrange a night trip. If the return is delayed, no refund or compensation will be given. Please understand.
In order to consider the travel safety of travelers and the travel rights of other group members, if you have chronic diseases, mobility difficulties, etc., please proactively inform us when registering.
Bus seats are for one person per person. Advance reservation of seats is not allowed. Depending on the registration situation on the day, people of the opposite sex may be seated next to each other. Please understand and forgive us.
Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Passengers over the age of 80 must be accompanied by family members or friends. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The bus seats and restaurant seats used in the experience itinerary may be shared with passengers in the same group, depending on the tour guide and facility arrangements on the day.
The Senkojiyama Cable Car may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions or equipment maintenance. When the cable car is closed, the cable car fee will be refunded and you can take the bus directly to Senkoji Temple.
There is no guarantee that you will meet a cat in the Cat’s Walk. To avoid injury and disease transmission, please avoid touching cats.
If the JR-West Miyajima Ferry is suspended due to bad weather or other reasons, the JR-West Miyajima Ferry fare will be refunded and you will be able to visit Shukkeien Garden and Hiroshima Castle instead.
The deer on Miyajima are not kept by humans. If you want to touch or feed them, please consider the safe distance and your own behavior to avoid irritating the deer and causing injury.
The JR-West Miyajima Ferry only passes by Itsukushima Shrine’s Great Torii Gate and will not stop at Itsukushima Shrine’s Great Torii Gate.
The Great Torii of Itsukushima Shrine may be inaccessible depending on the tide conditions on the day of visit.

Visitors can walk out to the gate during low tide, offering a different perspective and an incredible photo opportunity.
For a day trip to Miyajima Island, you must visit the iconic Itsukushima Shrine and its 'floating' Great Torii Gate. Explore Daisho-in Temple, known for its spiritual atmosphere and scenic views. Take a scenic ride on the Miyajima Ropeway up Mount Misen for panoramic island and Seto Inland Sea vistas. Don't forget to interact with the friendly wild deer and try local specialties like Momiji Manju (maple leaf-shaped cakes).

For ascending Mount Misen, the Miyajima Ropeway provides a scenic aerial ride. Some local buses are also available, but walking is generally the preferred method for exploring the central area.
In Onomichi, visitors can take a scenic cable car ride up to Senkoji Temple, a famous cherry blossom viewing spot offering panoramic views of Onomichi city and the Seto Inland Sea.
