- Cancellation PolicyIf you are unable to use the facility due to unavoidable circumstances, please be sure to cancel your reservation.
- Conditions for use: Available to those in the 4th grade of elementary school or older, or those who are 140cm tall or older and weigh up to 110kg.
・Junior high school students and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18 or over or someone with equivalent qualifications.
-High school students do not need parents to attend, but we ask that they watch over them from the ground.
・Up to three children may accompany one guardian.
・All users must attend a safety training session. Sandals, high heels, and other footwear that may come off easily or have gaps cannot be used.
- Regarding masks and work gloves, wearing a mask is at the discretion of the customer. In addition, work gloves (or gloves are acceptable) are required to prevent injuries to the hands and fingers. Please bring them with you or purchase them on-site.
