- Northern lights sighting is not guaranteed. Refunds will not be offered to travelers who do not see northern lights due to adverse weather conditions
- Please note that handling fees are applicable for tour rescheduling and cancellation
- Drop-off orders will be arranged based on traffic conditions. Return times may be delayed due to traffic. Please avoid scheduling other activities or flights on the same day to prevent delays

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 16 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 9% will apply
- For cancellations made 9 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 25% will apply
- For cancellations made 7 to 8 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 5 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
