◆Please note that performers and performance schedules are subject to change without notice.

◆Preschool children are not allowed to enter.

◆Minors must obtain parental consent before purchasing tickets and attending the show. Evening performances finish late, so please be mindful of your home time.

◆There is a possibility that recording cameras will be installed inside the theater, including the audience seats. Recorded footage and photos may be broadcast, distributed, copied, or otherwise distributed. Please note.

◆Depending on your seat, some parts of the stage may be difficult to see.

◆Tickets once purchased cannot be changed or cancelled. In addition, refunds will not be available under any circumstances, except in the event of a performance being cancelled.

◆Please note that even in the event of natural disasters and resulting transportation problems, refunds will not be possible once the performance has taken place.

◆If you are coming in a wheelchair, please contact us after purchasing your ticket, but no later than the day before the performance, in order to ensure smooth guidance to your seat.

◆We will lend out tablets to support viewing for customers with hearing impairments. Customers can watch the performance by operating the tablet device themselves, which contains the lines of the performers and other text information.

To prevent any problems, staff will inform other audience members around you about the use of tablets.

It is strictly prohibited to photograph, copy or reproduce any text information displayed on the screen.

On the day, we will explain how to use the facility, so please arrive 20 minutes before the start of the performance.

Please note that the number of tablets is limited.

◆Please be aware that tickets cannot be reissued under any circumstances, including loss or theft.

◆You will not be allowed to enter if you have made a mistake with the performance date and time, or if you have forgotten your ticket. Please make sure to check the date and time on your ticket before coming to the venue.

◆Please purchase tickets through official sales channels (event organizers, ticket agencies officially authorized by the organizer, fan clubs, etc.).

◆The transfer, resale, or purchase of tickets for profit, or any attempt to do so, is strictly prohibited under any circumstances. The validity of tickets purchased through any other than official sales channels cannot be guaranteed.

◆Please note that resold tickets are invalid and you may be denied entry.

◆At this performance, your name will be printed on the ticket.

◆If we discover any fraudulent activity or suspected fraudulent activity regarding tickets, such as transfer or resale for profit, we may conduct identity verification, so please be sure to bring identification with you when you come to the event.
