The first child seat for children aged 0-2 or over 2 years old is provided free of charge. Each subsequent seat will cost 1000 yen. Please indicate the required number in the remarks section when placing your order, and pay the driver in cash on the day of the order.
Late night fees
Standard rental hours are from 06:00 to 22:00. If the rental period exceeds this time, an additional 25% late-night fee will be charged, payable in cash to the driver on the same day.
Overtime fee
If the scheduled private charter car time exceeds the original time due to the guest's personal factors (being late, meeting after the agreed time, etc.), an overtime fee of 5,000 yen per hour will be charged. Any time less than 1 hour will be charged as 1 hour. Please pay the driver in cash on the same day.
Reminders
We do not accept orders where the travel date is uncertain or changed arbitrarily due to reasons such as weather or mood; if the service is cancelled without reason, such as not answering the phone or contacting us, the fee will not be refunded.
In the event of force majeure such as typhoons, one free rescheduling or full refund is available. Changes to order dates or cancellations for any other personal reasons are not permitted.
If the driver cannot contact the passenger at the agreed pick-up time, the driver has the right to leave without a refund. Waiting time is included in the private charter car period.
Please keep the vehicle interior clean. Smoking and eating strongly scented foods are prohibited inside the vehicle. Please also refrain from placing any strongly scented items inside.
